The 2.0 edition of my women?s database is now available for download.
Over 300 new players have been added to bring the database past the 1,000 mark. The non player numbers are still a bit low but more have been added.
The database is even larger than before with over 300 new players and staff added which brings the player count on the database to over 1,000.
The English top 2 tiers are now fully playable with a fictional promotion/relegation place created between the (now renamed) FA WSL 1 and 2. The Conti Cup and FA Cup have also been introduced in what will now make the league much more enjoyable. Over 400 English based players now exist on the game with other high profile English players also included who play abroad.
The top 2 tiers in Scotland are also fully playable with a fully playable 12 team SWPL1 and 10 team SWPL2 replacing the men?s Premier and Championship divisions. The new SWPL season has started since the 1.0 version was released so I?ve been updating squads daily as new signings are announced so for the most part squads will be accurate as much as possible.
While I have focused on adding to the English and Scottish leagues much work has also been done to other leagues. Approximately 75 NWSL players have been added along with some promising players currently at US University teams. Wolfsburg, Bayern, Lyon and PSG players head the list in what totals 200 players added to the database who ply their trade outside the UK, with most of them either elite players or British nationals who play abroad. Club Reputations have also been sorted in more detail especially around Europe while I have also added the correct co-efficient standings to give an even more realistic feel to the Champions League (compared to the women?s game) with nations like Sweden, Denmark and Iceland now higher up the chart compared to the men?s sides and as a result will have more teams competing in the Champions League than before.
Much like the previous version, if you find any issues in the game please let me know so I can fix it for the next edition.
